Refund & Cancellation Policy

Soma Sutra Pvt Ltd is committed to delivering a smooth and reliable shopping experience
while maintaining the highest quality standards. Products delivered in perfect condition, as
per the order placed, are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if an incorrect item is
delivered or a product has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect, Soma Sutra Pvt Ltd will
provide an exchange, subject to verification. For incorrect items, the outer carton seal must
remain intact.

All exchange or damage-related requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. If a
defective product is eligible for exchange but the replacement is unavailable, a refund will be
issued after quality inspection and processed within 10 working days via the original payment
method.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Customers must contact customer care (
9971125675 ) within the stipulated time for assistance. Soma Sutra Pvt Ltd reserves the right
to assess each request individually. Refunds are not applicable in cases of incorrect address,
failed deliveries, refused shipments, or unpaid international duties.
